Introduction
The ETC Clinical Working Groups bring together diverse expertise to advance the quality, accessibility, implementation, and dissemination of exposure therapy.
Working groups provide opportunities for members to collaborate on shared clinical initiatives, develop innovative resources, and contribute to efforts that further the mission of the Exposure Therapy Consortium.
Rather than organizing collaboration around individual grants or isolated projects, the ETC Clinical Program is organized around enduring Communities of Expertise. These communities bring together individuals with shared interests and complementary expertise to develop innovative methods, educational resources, implementation strategies, communication initiatives, stakeholder partnerships, and other collaborative efforts that strengthen the delivery, dissemination, and long-term sustainability of exposure therapy.
Clinical Working Groups are organized into two complementary categories.

Advisory Working Groups
Advisory Working Groups provide stakeholder perspectives that inform ETC clinical initiatives. These groups help ensure that initiatives remain patient-centered, clinically relevant, feasible, and responsive to the needs of the communities they serve.
Innovation and Programmatic Working Groups
Innovation and Programmatic Working Groups develop innovative methods, educational programs, communication strategies, resources, and collaborative initiatives that advance the ETC mission. These Working Groups generate scholarship, infrastructure, and practical tools that improve the delivery, dissemination, and implementation of exposure therapy. While each Working Group has a distinct area of emphasis, they frequently collaborate on initiatives that span multiple domains.
Working Groups serve as Communities of Expertise rather than isolated project teams. Members frequently collaborate across Working Groups, and ETC clinical initiatives draw upon complementary expertise throughout the Clinical Program.
