Digitally Guided Exposure - Seeking Collaborators
HI everyone, My name is Willy. I suffered from debilitating emetophobia for nearly 27 years. I spent several years going through treatment myself and now work full time on a tool that provides digitally guided exposure. We presented at NASP and ADAA this year and have a manuscript in review with initial anonymized data from over 650 individuals who have used our tool. We are a team of individuals with lived experience, clinicians, and researchers exploring opportunities to lower the barrier to starting exposure and improving efficacy and adherence. We are seeking collaborators. We have a base platform and a large and growing audience of individuals and providers using it for exposure. We are interested in not only ensuring its efficacy as we improve the tool but exploring new questions about exposure (for example, with emetophobia measuring the impact of diet on exposure treatment).
